Judgment Enforcement in Florida: Garnishment, Liens, and Asset Discovery
Obtaining a judgment is a critical first step in debt collection, but the actual collection of money owed…
Every hour you wait, evidence disappears, damages grow, and leverage shifts. We move fast.
Who We Serve
Three situations. One firm built to handle all of them.
Defamation Victims
You woke up to fake reviews, a slanderous post, or anonymous accusations. It is spreading. Your clients are seeing it. Every hour it stays up does more damage.
Stop It Now →Businesses & Landlords
A broken contract. A management company that will not perform. A partner or vendor draining your bottom line. A former employee soliciting your clients. Every week you wait, recovery gets harder.
Take Action →Maritime Industry
A lien on your vessel. A manufacturer who will not honor a warranty. A cargo dispute that is costing you by the day. We practice admiralty law because it requires a level of specialization most firms cannot offer.
Talk to Maritime Counsel →Practice Areas

Defamation Defense
Fake reviews, social media slander, false accusations, and DMCA violations can devastate your business or personal life within hours. Time is critical: websites and service providers only retain identifying information for a limited window.
We identify perpetrators, remove defamatory content, and pursue legal action across every platform: TikTok, Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, and beyond.
Case Highlights
Internet Defamation
A business owner was being destroyed by a coordinated campaign of fake reviews across Google, Yelp, and Glassdoor. We filed a John Doe lawsuit, issued subpoenas to the platforms, identified the individual behind the posts, obtained a court order for removal, and secured a settlement.
Business Litigation
A former employee was actively soliciting clients in violation of a restrictive covenant. We filed for emergency injunctive relief in federal court. The injunction was granted within days of filing, stopping the solicitation and preserving the client's relationships.
Debt Collection
A client had been owed a significant sum from a former business partner for years. Previous counsel had failed to collect. We conducted asset searches, filed proceedings supplementary, and recovered the debt through aggressive enforcement of the judgment.
Maritime Law
A boat owner purchased a vessel with undisclosed mechanical defects. The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. We prepared the case for trial, deposed the manufacturer's representatives, and negotiated a pre-trial resolution that made the client whole.

Managing Partner
Ludwin Law Group, P.A.
When Adam was thirteen, his younger brother suffered a traumatic injury. In the months that followed, he watched the attorneys who represented his family step in when it mattered most. That experience showed him how much people need a good lawyer when things go wrong, and it is the reason he became one.
Adam earned a degree in finance from Penn State and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. He has spent over a decade trying cases across multiple practice areas in state and federal courts, and that cross-discipline experience gives the firm a tactical perspective that narrowly focused attorneys miss. At LLG, Adam leads every engagement and works closely with his team to prepare each case as if it is going to trial, because that preparation is what drives results whether the case settles or not.
He grew up near Philadelphia and spent weekends on the water near Annapolis, where he developed the hands-on mechanical knowledge that gives him a real edge in maritime litigation. He still maintains his own vessel, holds an American Sailing Association certification, and is a licensed pilot and certified scuba diver. Opposing parties have hired the firm after seeing it work on the other side. Most of LLG's growth has come from word of mouth.
